Chinese Lunar New Year

Gung hay fat choy, sun neen fie lock to all those to celebrate or believe in what I consider the spiritual and karmic new year. The chinese calendar has always held special significance to me because my family raised me with its folklore, superstitions and spirituality. This year I must say I was a bit unprepared because I arrived home from Playa Del Carmen on the actual new year. I was so bagged that I didn't even cook Chinese food. Boo for me. But, I did sweep my house from top to bottom just before I left! I hope that this year brings everyone prosperity, peace and wonderful health.
